However, it is proven that you cannot impose change, so you must understand how to listen to your environment and respond accordingly, incrementally, and proportionately to the problem you are trying to solve. Watch this interview with Zahra Shaheer, who talks about leaving Afghanistan with her children and starting again in the UK.  Zahra speaks about the strength she needed to escape, as well as the resilience to rebuild her life.  An accomplished TV journalist in Afghanistan, Zahra overcame an incredibly difficult and overwhelming situation to begin a new life for her and her family.   Before relocating to the UK, Zahra had an accomplished career as a TV journalist in Afghanistan, where she presented news, breaking news and exclusive presidential programs, and interviewed guests in studio or via social media. She also worked in the UN MACCA in 2011 and the Ministry of Higher Education from 2009 to 2010 in administrative sections.  Today, Zahra uses her strength and resilience to help others in similar situations. She is an incredible role model for anyone who has the courage to start again.
