Jeremy has over 15 years' experience of IT law and contracts. He is co-editor of A Manager's Guide to IT Law (BCS), and contributed the chapter on computer contracts to Computer Law (Oxford University Press) which is used as a standard textbook on the University of London LLM in IT law. Jeremy deals with a wide range of commercial contracts, e-commerce and data protection matters, but his primary focus is dealing with outsourcing and major systems development projects.
