This workshop will look into different ways of thinking about your career development, depending on your needs and interest. We will explore how you think about career options in relation to your short and long-term goals. We will also discuss how you use others to help achieve these aims, whether through managers, sponsors, or mentors, as well as building your own confidence to achieve your aims.
This workshop will have practice sessions as well as speed mentoring session.

- Understand how to go about developing support networks, and how to utilise them effectively
- How you decide what education, training and other experiences you need to close your skills gap
