As organisations are being revolutionised by digital, new opportunities are being created for advancing the gender balance agenda for employees and employers

Every company approaches gender diversity from a different starting point and has many challenges to overcome. It will take time and investment to have a lasting effect, but the potential that digital transformation will create is a chance for women who want to seize new opportunities and for employers who desperately require a more diverse, multi-skilled workforce.

Brigid leads a thousand-strong team in one of the most high-profile digital roles anywhere in government. She oversees a digital portfolio of 40+ current projects and is responsible for the continued development of the Multi-Channel Digital Tax Platform, as well as HMRC's current suite of 60+ digital services.

Asha Nair

Tim Burke
