Experienced Director of Information Technology with a demonstrable history of leading digitally enabled transformational change in various industries, including e-commerce, logistics and supply chain, airports and airlines. Skilled in leading change and business transformation spanning years and various functions including back office rationalisation and BPO. In her current role, Pooja is leading the technology enabled Operations transformation of the UK business at Royal Mail Group. Prior to joining RMG, Pooja has led similar scale business and IT change at Transport for London (TFL) and British Airways amongst others.
