Nidhi Howell
IT Director
Summary
Nidhi is the IT Director for Marsh Specialties and Bowring Marsh, and interim IT Director for Marsh UK. She oversees an IT portfolio of over 90 applications across the insurance broking value stream, managing both waterfall and agile delivery teams as well as SaaS vendors. Spanning a 17 year career at Marsh McLennan across two countries that started in HR Technology, Nidhi has owned and managed a variety of technology applications and has either led or participated in multiple major global projects and business transformations. Nidhi is passionate about DEI, is a founding board member of Marsh McLennan’s Women in Tech network, participates in an advisory council to the tech leadership on race and diversity, and co-leads the Marsh Tech DEI efforts.
