RITA Series with Virgin Atlantic: Utilising RPA - How can it enhance your business?

To view this session please log in to your membership account.

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is not a new concept but is gaining more and more traction in large organisations across all sectors. This business process automation technology uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to streamline operations and is acheiving significant and tangible benefits including streamlining operations and reducing cost. When implemented strategically it allows the team to focus on high-priority tasks while RPA performs low-priority tasks.

Beata Szabo, Project Manager at Virgin Atlantic shares the processes, challenges and learnings from implementing RPA technology to support the refund process used during the peak of the pandemic, and the impact it had on the business during the crisis and beyond.

About the RITA Series

This RITA series aims to:
- Share insights into what teams are doing and achieving with the technology space.
- Share experiences and best practices which can be applied to your own teams and projects.
