Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is not a new concept but is gaining more and more traction in large organisations across all sectors. This business process automation technology uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to streamline operations and is acheiving significant and tangible benefits including streamlining operations and reducing cost. When implemented strategically it allows the team to focus on high-priority tasks while RPA performs low-priority tasks.
