Building a successful venture is hard work. Doing it within a large corporation is even harder but it is not impossible.

Join this event to hear Dave Mareels share his own entrepreneurship journey as well as lessons learnt from working within the corporate incubator of BAE Systems Applied Intelligence.  Today Dave serves as co-founder and CEO of SOC.OS, a cyber product born within the corporate incubator and spun-out with Venture Capital backing in mid-2020.

By attending this session you will learn
• About the 4 types of innovation: Architectural, Incremental, Radical, Disruptive
• Lessons from BAE Systems’ structured approach to building new ventures,
• How SOC.OS was matured (following this process) from idea to independent company through Venture Capital spin-out
