The Covid19 pandemic triggered a health emergency impacting millions and set many businesses across the globe from talking about remote working plans to rapidly putting them into action. Many accelerated digital transformations, enabling workforces to primarily operate and deliver virtually in a bid to survive and secure a fulfilling future.

When implemented correctly, an agile approach to working can help remote teams function effectively and build business resilience for working environments that require agility and rapid responses to changes.

Our newly launched Practical Agile Special Interest Group, will be made up of Agile Practitioners with a vast range of experiences, representing Technology functions in multiple organisations and industry sectors. By being in an environment that allows you to openly share ideas and experiences, including what has and hasn’t worked for you within your organisation, we hope that the group can work towards the following common goals;

  1. To build common best practice frameworks for each of the specifically identified areas of concern
  2. To establish the best approach to building a regular professional support network of Agile Specialists and Technologists working in agile environments

Practical Agile Special Interest Group Meetup Framework

All Practical Agile SIG meetups are designed for member organisations to hear peers insights, approaches, to learn real-life successful trailed and proven tools, techniques and methods that can be applied within the workplace.
