Covid19 pandemic triggered a health emergency impacting millions and propelled many businesses across the globe into rapidly actioning remote working plans. Many accelerated digital transformations, enabling workforces to primarily operate and deliver virtually in a bid to survive and secure a fulfilling future. When implemented correctly, an agile approach to working can help remote teams function successfully and build business resilience for working environments that require agility and rapid responses to changes.

Practical Agile Special Interest Group (SIG), will be made up of Agile Practitioners with a vast range of knowledge, representing Technology functions in multiple organisations and industry sectors. This environment will allow members to openly share ideas and experiences, including what has and hasn’t worked for them within their organisation.

Practical Agile SIG group will work towards the following common goals:
- To build best practice frameworks for each of the specifically identified areas of interest
- To establish the best approach to building a regular and professional support network of Agile Specialists and Technologists
