How do you communicate to influence others? Confidence allows you to speak concisely and with clarity.


Confident and effective communication is particularly critical for career development. In order to influence senior members, co-workers and clients you need to convey clear direction. Helen will delve into the importance of being able to lead and direct through clear, concise communication and share tools, best practices and personal experiences on how to utilise perfected communication skills to influence those around you.
