Our newly launched Project Management Special Interest Group, will be made up of pPoject Managers with a vast range of experiences, representing different member organisation. By being in an environment that allows you to openly share ideas and experiences, including what has and hasn’t worked for you within your organisation, we hope that the group can work towards the following common goals;  

1.To build common best practice frameworks for each of the specifically identified areas of concern
2.To build a regular professional support network of Project Management specialists

Guest Speaker Topic: Stephen will be discussing setting up a PM community within Royal mail, why he felt it was necessary, what he is building as a whole & the benefits of this and what risks it helps to mitigate.

Summary

Stephen has been working for Royal since 2004 in a variety of roles . He started as a project Manager back in 2012 working on operational transformation and deployment. He moved over to the technology space in 2018 where he has managed and led the implementation of their new delivery routing systems. He is now focused on collection systems and decommissioning of legacy systems.
