The world of work has changed in the last 12 months. There has been changes a boom in remote working as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, a rise in the gig economy, the up and coming IR35 changes, and the need to work differently as markets and economies change in light of Brexit.

All have impacted the way that organisations are looking at workforce strategy and composition to thrive in the future. And one of the options and buzzwords is statement of work (SoW). Many see SoW as the missing piece of the puzzle in a move to outcome based working, but what is it? what are the benefits? And how do organisations make the change and why should they?

With the help of our panel of experts, we’ll be discussing a range of topics in relation to SoW, outcome based working and the future of work.

By attending this event you will understand:

  1. Why are organisations moving to more outcome based solutions?

  2. How this transition fits as part of a wider workforce strategy?

  3. How do you scope and build an effective SoW solution in IT ?

  4. How does SoW impact IR35 status?
