Pathway: Leading with Effective Communication - Conflict Management and Improving Resolution Skills (M2)

Have you ever had to communicate bad news and didn’t know where to start? Have you had the need to transform a difficult conversation into a constructive conversation?

This interactive virtual workshop has been designed for explore personal beliefs about “Conflict” and “Conversations”, in order for us to learn where our reactions to confrontation derives from, and with understanding these beliefs, how to apply techniques to turn a confrontational conversation into a peaceful conversation.

Ana Carolina Saavedra, Psychologist; expert in Positive Psychology and Happiness Coach will create a guided learning environment for you will learn how to approach disagreements, complaints and clashes in the workplace so we can turn them into an opportunity to build and listen to other people’s needs. We will finish the workshop learning how to communicate and develop conversations around “bad” news.
