Change has been a constant throughout the last year. Since the official start of lockdown in March last year, there has been sudden and consistent change. Whilst we learn to adapt, dealing with change can have a huge impact on our mental health. It could be change within your personal life, your living conditions, your behavior and others behaviors, changes within your working environment, changes to your internal team structure or your job role. Whatever the change is, the consequences can be huge.
Maeve Waite, Work Psychologist and Wellbeing and Engagement Manager at STFC, shares her knowledge on dealing with change in this interactive workshop. Join this event to discover the realities that change is having on us on a personal level and coping mechanisms for this.
