We often think of culture as something separate from ourselves, something “they need to change” something a little bit fluffy and intangible. But a Unhelpful, misaligned culture is detrimental for everyone, it may drive unethical behaviors within the workplace along with disengaged employee and ultimately impact the success of an organisation. Building and supporting the right culture within your teams and organizations is the foundations for success and everyone has a part to play in this. 

Culture is the unwritten rules of how we interact and relate to each other.  Join us for this session to understand how to make culture tangible and gain some practical guidance on how to create change.
