We often think of culture as something separate from ourselves, something “they need to change” something a little bit fluffy and intangible. But a Unhelpful, misaligned culture is detrimental for everyone, it may drive unethical behaviors within the workplace along with disengaged employee and ultimately impact the success of an organisation. Building and supporting the right culture within your teams and organizations is the foundations for success and everyone has a part to play in this. 

Culture is the unwritten rules of how we interact and relate to each other.  Join us for this session to understand how to make culture tangible and gain some practical guidance on how to create change.

Jo wants to create places where people can do their best work, and works with organisations, teams and individuals to understand current dynamics, then design and deliver interventions to shift thinking and how things get done. Her background is across Finance, Commercial and Organisational Development and she has managed large change and transformation programmes across complex structures. Joining the dots across Strategy, Purpose, Brand, linking to employee and customer experience is her passion. With an MSc in Organisational Change from Ashridge Business School she turns the latest academic thinking into practical application.

Claire’s background is marketing and strategy which is where she became passionate about how businesses need to organise themselves around the customer, which led her to focus on the role of employees, leaders and processes in delivering brilliantly for customers. Having spent all her professional career in the financial services and utilities / energy sector she has seen many times how a change in mindset can unlock so much potential not only in employee engagement but also business & customer value. She is passionate about helping leaders and teams explore new ways of working.
