In previous CITF events, we discussed the implementation of Agile and how certain roles work within an Agile environment.

This Webinar will present the business case for Agile, arguing why it could be beneficial to adopt it for your team right now.

The presenter will share how you can engage with decision-makers and stakeholders in the Technology function to gain support, and how to deal with blockers along the way.

Allan will then finish the session with what first steps to take following approval.

From attending, you will:

  • See whether the Agile methodology is right for your team
  • Gain a clear understanding of what decision-makers want to know about the Agile methodology in order to structure an appropriate business case
  • Learn how to start the move towards Agile once buy-in has been secured
