Professor Chris Beedie

Founder & Director of Science and Research at CHX Performance


Summary

As Founder of CHX Performance, Professor Chris Beedie has completed his PhD in Performance Psychology, and is now Honorary Professor of Cognition & Neuroscience at Kent University. His focus as a psychologist is on the role of the mind in enhancing performance, and the role of exercise in enhancing mental function. Chris is one of the very few research academics with extensive corporate experience and has achieved academic excellence in both physiology and psychology.



Jonathan Hook

Director of Education & Programmes at CHX Performance


Summary

Jonathan has nearly a decade of working in State Education (as both a teacher and headteacher) before moving to CHX. He has taken the experiences he learnt there to best adapt the services CHX provide to their customer's needs.
