In its aim to improve Agile and DevOps ways of working, the Yorkshire Building Society’s (YBS) Change & Release Team created and led an initiative, entitled ‘Fast Lane’ to remove bottlenecks and unnecessary governance in the deployment of new features to live.

This initiative has increased the number of features delivered into live by 46% and created workflow efficiencies, slashed waiting times (of previously up to 6 months) and hand-offs, in turn, improving pessimistic and limited mind-sets into a more agile and trusted culture.
Join this Webinar to find out how YBS did it.

From attending, you will:
  • Gain advice on significantly speeding up the route to live delivery
  • Hear how to change mindsets to remove bottlenecks.
This Webinar is best suited to anyone in IT change management, release management, and delivery.
