Join this Facilitated Discussion to discuss with peers their experiences of ‘Agile Transformation’ and share opinions into what skills a Project Manager needs to be successful right now.

James supports the delivery of the digital strategy across the commercial portfolio at TUI Group, utilising both Waterfall and Agile frameworks in his role. In this Facilitated Discussion, James will ask attendees to breakout into groups to answer the following question:
What are the core skills that a successful Agile Project Manager must possess? How are these changed or altered by the current pandemic situation?

James will present his own research on the key skills required in the current climate, and how their application is different in the Waterfall and Agile environments. He will then explain what can be done to improve in these skill areas to succeed as an Agile Project Manager.

In this Webinar, you will learn:
• What other Project Managers see as the key skills required to be successful now, and how to develop those skills
• How the Agile and Waterfall methodology is currently benefitting or hindering delivery teams now, and how to take advantage of those benefits or overcome those hindrances

This facilitated discussion will most benefit Project Managers but also anyone interested in improving their project management capabilities
