Managing remote working employees

This webinar will discuss the mindset you, your team and your organisation needs, as well as the technology required, to best support your remote employees. 
Managers need to ensure these team members are properly integrated into the team whether through the use new tools or different working practices, but also trust them to go about their day-to-day roles – and not make them feel that they are being checked-up on. A further difficulty is in managing teams where there is a large on-site presence with some remote workers.  What etiquette is required to ensure that everyone contributes equally?  Are there specific policies that need to be in place?
